PARKING - 2 Passes Must be displayed Free parking anywhere in the complex. You may park the car for free during your entire trip and utilize the bus-free shuttle right outside our resort complex. Buses will take you anywhere from the area Lakes for fishing to Mammoth Mountain ski and bike park, or Devils Post Pile or even a day trip to Yosemite!

The resort condominium complex includes a pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, and a game room. These amenities offer a finishing touch for you after a day of exploring Mammoth Lakes, Mammoth Mountain, or one of the national parks like Yosemite or Devils Post Pile
Buses will take you anywhere from the area Lakes for fishing to Mammoth Mountain ski and bike park, or Devils Post Pile or even a day trip to Yosemite !
ACCESS TO ALL LODGES WITHOUT YOUR CAR!
IMPORTANT SKIER/Snowboarder Info: We are centrally located to provide access to ALL Lodges during your stay, including Tamarack Cross Country Skiing lodge. The closest lodge to our condo is EAGLE LODGE which is just a 4 minute shuttle ride. In early season and late season all lodges are closed except for main lodge and you have shuttle access to this as well. You will have the ability to chose which direction and bus to get on so you can get to the hill where and whenever you want.

For everyone’s comfort and safety, service animals should stay leashed, harnessed, or tethered during your stay—unless that would get in the way of the service they provide. In that case, they just need to be under your control through voice, hand signals, or other effective methods.

Please note: Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is against the law. If that happens, we may need to take serious steps, which could include asking guests to leave without a refund and reporting the situation to local authorities.

Meet Darren Peck – Your Mountain-Town STR & Vacation Home Advisor
I started my career leading sales and marketing teams in the food industry, but real estate—and the mountain lifestyle—kept pulling me in. What began as part-time work and a couple of short-term rentals grew into a full-time passion: helping people find their place in the mountains and build STR portfolios that actually perform.
Today, I’m a Mammoth Lakes–focused real estate advisor and long-time Superhost with 15+ years of experience in vacation homes and investment sales. As a former certified ski coach and instructor (retired—no more lessons, promise), I know these mountains well, and I’ve built a trusted referral network across every major ski town from California to Vermont. If there’s a lift, I probably have a connection there.
My style is warm, energetic, and focused—professional guidance with a personal touch, because buying in the mountains should feel just as good as the lifestyle you’re chasing.
